7. Any fence is to be "Pinehill" (board on board) in accordance with the Stone Meadow Fence Memorandum.  Submit a request for approval and location on the site plan if you wish to install a fence.

8. Do you agree to landscape the front yard, plant two 8' to 10' trees and sod the front and side yards and seed, hydromulch or sod the rear yard prior to occupancy?

9. What is the name, address and phone number of the contractor?
